Attorney – Nicole M. Seijo-Negrón

Nicole Seijo-Negrón is a practicing litigation attorney, notary public, and certified real estate broker for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Although most enthusiastic about Real Estate, Mortgage, and Construction Law, Seijo-Negrón has had the opportunity to gain practical experience in several fields, including, but not limited to, Insurance Law, Notarial Law, Estates, Contracts, Property Law, Corporate Law, Expropriation, Administrative Law, and Equestrian Law. Furthermore, she recently became a Real Estate broker for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico hoping to further assist clients seeking counsel related to real estate transactions.

As a law student at the University of Puerto Rico, Seijo-Negrón served as a research assistant for Prof. Efrén Rivera Ramos. With a kindled passion for writing and editing, she also ventured as an Editor for the University of Puerto Rico Business Law Journal, for which she subsequently served as Executive Managing Director. During her senior year, she joined the Notarial Section of the Legal Aid Clinic of the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. Seijo-Negrón also participated from the international exchange program at the Facultat de Dret of the Universitat de Barcelona in Catalonia, Spain.

Prior to joining MHSJ in 2019, Seijo-Negron worked as an Associate Attorney at the legal office of Atty. Jorge R. Jiménez in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she represented several clients in insurance claims and advised and represented clients regarding equestrian law matters, such as sales and transfer agreements, equine lease agreements, and gaming.
