Attorney – Gilberto Maymi

Mr. Maymí’s core practice includes corporate law, corporate finance and transactional matters, with a particular emphasis in structured finance transactions related to the development, purchase and sale of hotels, condo-hotels, timeshare projects and golf courses under the Puerto Rico Tourism Development Act of 2010. He was previously associated with O’Neill & Borges and in 2000 founded Maymí Rivera LLC, which merged with MHSJ in 2019. Mr. Maymí has also been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and a member of the Board of Directors of three (3) Citigroup Asset Management Mutual Funds: the Puerto Rico U.S. Core Equities Fund, the Puerto Rico Daily Liquidity Fund, and the Puerto Rico Income and Capital Fund.
